Hoppy LAGER
Ever since Basti finished his studies to become an Assistant Craft Beer Brewer in Germany, he wanted to brew his own beer.
So he did.
perfect for sunny island days, fresh and light like a lager, fruity and floral like a session ipa. short: mouthwatering.
Passion (Fruit) Kombucha
Producing a non-alcoholic drink that even boosts your health was very high on our wishlist. Curtains up for: our kombucha.
A bit like a sparkling cider, Tart, slightly sweet, with just the right amount of passion (fruit).
homemade Chutney, jams and sauces
As you might have noticed, we’re big on supporting talent and pursuing what brings you (and us) joy. Let me tell you: Basti sure has a talent for cooking. Good thing he’s become a chef. And even better that he had the idea to fill his famous pasta sauces, soups, jams and chutneys in handy little glasses for you to take home and enjoy all by yourself
...or share with some really good friends.
Examples: Pear - rosemary - jam, Caramalized Onion - FIG -CHutney, Mushroom - Balsamico - Soup, Sundried Tomato - SAuce.
Of course, the options that are currently available always vary.
Everything that IS available, is displayed and sold in our Pop Up Dining Location at Forastera Brewery in Alaró.
Monday to Thursday: 9 am - 3 pm
Friday and Saturday: 9 am - 10 pm (a good opportunity to meet us there, too)
