We are Anita and Bastian, two passionate hospitality professionals with over 17 years of experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry. As a talented chef & a passionate sommelier our journey has taken us across the globe, from Germany to Spain, California and New Zealand. Along the way, we've had the privilege of working in some of the world’s most prestigious establishments (such as The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca), managing our own restaurant and even working on a renowned winery in New Zealand.

Now, we are bringing our expertise and love for exceptional culinary experiences to Mallorca with La Pasión. Combining our backgrounds in fine dining, hospitality and wine, we offer exclusive catering services aboard a luxurious catamaran or at one of the many of Mallorca’s beautiful wineries. Additionally, we host special events, including wine seminars and tastings, at our pop-up location in Alaró upon request.
